Car brochure collectors meeting Venlo
The meeting
There are only few specific meetings for car brochure collectors in Europe. But, in Venlo (in The Netherlands, only 1 kilometer from the German border) there is one organised each year since fourteen years now.
The next one takes place Sunday 29th October 2023 in a location named "De Bantuin". For more information about the meeting and this location, please read on.
Collection
You can find over 10.000 old and new brochures, books and press kits about cars, vans, trucks, tractors, busses and motor cycles from many car brochure collectors from all over the world.
Swapping brochures
Most stand holders will enjoy to swap brochures, so take your duplicate brochures with you!
Date and times
The car brochure collectors meeting will take place Sunday 29th October 2023 from 14:00 - 17:30 hours.
Entrance
The entrance is free for every visitor.
Make a reservation for your own stand
If you want to have your own stand on the meeting, that is also possible. You must make a reservation via e-mail. Only after having received your payment, your reservation is confirmed! The costs are 10.00 euros per large table (approximately 1.80 metres) or 7.50 euros per small table (approximately 1.30 metres). This fee makes it possible for us to not charge entrance fees to regular visitors.
The cancellation policy:
* if we have to cancel the fair due to circumstances (including, for example, but not limited to corona measures that make organizing the fair impossible), we will refund the amount to you in full and without deduction of administration costs
* if you cancel at least one week before the start of the fair, we will refund the amount of the reservation less 5 euros administration costs
* if you cancel less than a week before the start of the exhibition, but we find your reason for cancellation at such short notice acceptable (this is entirely at our discretion), we will refund you the amount of the reservation less 5 euros administration costs
* in case of a no show or cancellation after the start of the build-up of the fair, we will not apply any form of refund
It is not permitted to expose any brochures in the parking lot, on the tables in the canteen or any other non-booked places within a radius of 100 meters from the meeting. Outside this radius (within the municipality of Venlo) it is not permitted to advertise for any activities related to the activities in the meeting in any way.
Entrance for the disabled
The location is very good accessible for the disabled. There is also a seperate toilet available for the disabled.
Drinking and eating
The bar in the location is opened during the whole meeting. Prices for drinks and snacks are low. There is a limited number of snacks available. Directly opposite the location is a snack bar with a very large assortment.
Location
The car brochure collectors meeting is held in the location "De Bantuin" in the vicinity " 't Ven". The address is Pastoor Kierkelsplein 20. This is a square directly bounded by the street from the city center to " 't Ven" named Straelseweg.
Route
The event is easy accessible. The location has a large own car parking. You can use the route descriptions below:
Accessibility by car from all directions (except Duisburg)
Follow the A67 in the direction of Duisburg (Germany)
Take the exit number 41 (Venlo)
At the end of the exit (at the traffic lights) go to the right
At the next traffic lights go to the right again (WATCH OUT: speed and red light camera)
Small junction straight on
T-junction straight on
Next junction go the the left
After about 100 meters you can find the parking and the location on your left
Accessibility by car from the direction of Duisburg (A40)
Follow the A40 / A67 in the direction of Eindhoven
When you have crossed the border, take the first exit (number 41, Venlo)
At the end of the exit (at the traffic lights) go to the left
Next traffic lights go straight on
At the next traffic lights go to the right (WATCH OUT: speed and red light camera)

Next junction go the the left
After about 100 meters you can find the parking and the location on your left
